Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At StyleMyWay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may request a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

A return request must be raised within 7 days from the date the product is delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories (including gift boxes, if any) must be intact
• The product must not be damaged or altered by the customer

How to Request a Return

You can request a return in either of the following ways:

• By emailing us at care@stylemyway.com
• Through the “Manage Orders” section on the website, where you can submit a return request, provide the reason for return, and upload images if required

We may request images or videos of the product to verify the return or exchange request.

Reverse Pickup

We arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you, wherever serviceable.

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may ship the product back to our warehouse. In such cases:

• Please share the courier receipt with us
• Courier charges will be reimbursed up to a maximum of ₹150

Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange in case of:

• Manufacturing defects or damaged product received

Exchanges are initiated only after the original product is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

International Orders

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not applicable for international orders.

Important Notes

• Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted
• Items failing quality checks may be sent back to the customer
• StyleMyWay reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy conditions
